Maintenance Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To lead & work with a group of technicians to troubleshooting & perform monthly preventive maintenance on CNC Machine.

2. Attend to Production complaints.

3. Repair breakdown CNC machine (Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic System).

4. Record & document all preventive maintenance has been perform as quality ISO system as is required.

5. Analysis of issues to root cause & development of countermeasure , improvement actions and suggestions to improve.

6. Plan and control spare parts inventory for CNC Machine

7. Understand and maintain high standards of tidiness and organisation in line with the good 5S ( Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain ) practice.

8. Consistently met or exceeded key performance indicators (KPIs) through    effective execution of daily responsibilities

9. Attendance at the arranged training course is mandatory

10. Act as principal contact for all CNC Machine repair contractors who work on  the production floor.

11. Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

12. Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.

COMPETENCIES:

1. Minimum certificate in Electric & Electronic or related field or 1 year

 experience in related field.

1. Dismantle and fix electrical circuit boards.

2. Troubleshoot electrical faulty of CNC machines.

3. Repairing electrical components.

4. Changing servo boards.

5. Troubleshoot mechanical faulty.

6. Spindle, chuck, motor and pump repairing.

7. Use of electrical and mechanical equipments in the process of troubleshooting and repairing machines.
