Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of a Window Manufacturing plant. Intercept spacer systems, automated machinery. Experience with PLC.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, projects, and repairs
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Fabricate and install new equipment as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Proficient in project management principles and practices

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Operational Knowledge of servo motors

• PLC troubleshooting
