Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our operations. Your leadership will ensure that all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure.
• Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters, and mechanical diagnostics to identify root causes.
• Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with management to develop maintenance schedules that minimize downtime while maximizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical systems repair including low voltage and high voltage troubleshooting using voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and troubleshooting schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety procedures across teams.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management effectively.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting guides.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management, training, and fostering a safety-conscious culture.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
