Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team at The Refinery. In this role, you will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and safety. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance projects, and uphold high standards of mechanical, electrical, and facilities management. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, including resource allocation, timeline management, and quality control.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and facilities management regulations.

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple maintenance initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
