Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – Minerva, OH

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually

Full-Time | Manufacturing | On-Site

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Minerva, Ohio . This role will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, support production operations, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and develop maintenance employees.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
• Monitor maintenance performance and provide direction, feedback, and support.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet productivity, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate shift operations, allocate resources, and resolve maintenance issues.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and implement cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, logs, and documentation.
• Support technical process control and quality process control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, safety requirements, and applicable facility codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience .
• 5+ years of plant engineering and general maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CNC turning equipment .
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and applicable codes and regulations.
• Experience working with EPA and OSHA compliance requirements .
• 2+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience .
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
