Maintenance Supervisor

At TruckECM, the leader in computer repairs for Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Truck ECMs (Engine Control Modules), we are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our facilities safe, functional, organized, and in excellent working condition.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and addressing basic facility maintenance needs. This position performs routine inspections, identifies problems early, completes minor repairs, and reports issues that require specialized service.

Duties:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Check and maintain lighting, air conditioning, restrooms, doors, locks, and basic plumbing
• Perform minor repairs and general facility maintenance
• Monitor common areas and workspaces to ensure they remain safe and functional
• Maintain an organized maintenance log of reported issues, completed repairs, preventive maintenance, and materials used
• Report problems requiring specialized repairs to the person in charge of the office
• Coordinate with outside service providers when instructed
• Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance materials clean, organized, and in good condition
• Follow proper safety procedures when using tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements:

• Strong interest in hands-on maintenance and repair work
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify problems and perform basic repairs
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and handle different types of facility maintenance tasks
• Previous experience in building maintenance, general repairs, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, or similar work is a plus
