Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among the team.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs and projects.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering professional development and team cohesion.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
