Opportunity supporting pharmaceutical/GMP sector Location Northern suburb of Melbourne Successful candidate will have endless career development opportunities across CBRE The role will be responsible for managing all reactive and planned maintenance activities onsite, including leading a team of 5+ maintenance technicians and coordinating subcontractors delivering maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the Maintenance team
• Supervising day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders.
• Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• Previous experience of team supervision
• Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work
• Knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
• Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience leading maintenance operations in a GMP, healthcare, manufacturing or other highly regulated environment.
