Maintenance Supervisor

Job Role:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment, machinery, and plant facilities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with production requirements.
• Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers assigned to mechanical works.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and performance analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant engineering projects.

Minimum Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 4-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. (Cement Manufacturing is an advantage)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
