Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Arriance RMC is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance activities at our Indore plant. You’ll ensure our equipment and facilities are in good working order to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise the maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Preventive Maintenance: Create and follow maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting: Fix any equipment problems quickly and efficiently.
• Safety: Make sure all maintenance work follows safety rules and regulations.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs.
• Budgeting: Help manage the maintenance budget and find cost-effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil or a similar field.
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in maintenance, ideally in a factory or industrial setting.
