Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure that all equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in good working condition. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage and assign tasks to maintenance technicians and other team members.
• Inspect equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems to identify maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor maintenance work to ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, spare parts inventory, and service reports.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications: -

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
