Maintenance Supervisor

Ansonia Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Brighton Square Apartments in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can independently manage all maintenance functions at an older, well-established community.

Position Overview

• Location: Madison, WI (Brighton Square Apartments)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (on-call)
• Reports To: Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the sole maintenance professional overseeing all maintenance operations for the property
• Complete and manage daily work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventive maintenance, unit turns, and capital improvement tasks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal
• Coordinate vendors and contractors as needed
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• Ensure property is maintained to company standards and in compliance with safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Experience working in older buildings and familiarity with legacy mechanical systems strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities without direct supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents
• Experience working with Yardi is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
