Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and vehicle inspections.
• Monitor vehicle breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Supervise mechanics, technicians, and external workshops.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, and service schedules.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety procedures.
