Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to handle plant maintenance activities, equipment troubleshooting, and electrical maintenance support at our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of production machinery.
• Possess good knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and basic electrical fault identification.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Candidates residing in or near Thiruvallur are preferred.
• Should be willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
