Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of the company's stores, clinics, kiosks, offices, and other facilities. This role ensures all facilities remain safe, operational, and compliant with company and regulatory standards through effective supervision of maintenance personnel, preventive maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and facility improvement projects. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in electrical and construction works, and flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including after mall operating hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring daily maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all company facilities.
• Oversee electrical, civil, plumbing, HVAC, construction, and general building maintenance works.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance concerns and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate repair, renovation, and maintenance projects with contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and mall administrations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, building codes, and government requirements.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, accomplishment reports, work orders, and material or equipment requests.
• Monitor maintenance inventory, tools, equipment, and spare parts to support operational requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and provide technical support when necessary.
• Monitor project quality, timelines, and workmanship to ensure timely completion of maintenance and construction activities.
• Recommend facility improvements, preventive measures, and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related technical field is a strong advantage
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or engineering operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, construction, preventive maintenance, building facilities, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating with contractors and external service providers.
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance standards, occupational safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and construction plans.
• Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to different company sites as required.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including after mall operating hours, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling maintenance operations for retail stores, commercial buildings, clinics, or mall-based facilities. .
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Licensed Electrician or holder of relevant technical certifications is a strong advantage and may support the processing and signing of technical documents and mall permit requirements, but not required.
