Maintenance Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining a multi-family property . As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the property is in excellent condition, prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians and support staff

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances)

• Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies

• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

• Be available for on-call duty as required

• Respond to resident requests in a courteous and professional manner

• Maintain detailed records and generate reports for management as needed

**Qualifications:**

• Ability to manage a team effectively

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus
