Maintenance Supervisor

A Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure that the resort’s facilities, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently and safely. The role serves as the link between maintenance technicians and management, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks, quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and continuity of resort operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring work progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all maintenance activities meet company standards and operational requirements.

Maintenance Team Leader Responsibilities

· Coordinate and assign maintenance projects

· Oversee ongoing maintenance programs, including routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, renovation projects and scheduled upgrades

· Conduct regular inspections

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, etc.

· Create and adhere to an approved maintenance budget

· Collaborate with third-party contractors and technicians as needed

· Hire, train and supervise maintenance employees

· Ensure safety compliance, including training staff on safety measures

Skills:

• Computer Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Drive (GDrive) for documentation, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
• Strong technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems).
• Leadership and team‑management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma common; some employers prefer an associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or engineering technology.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
