Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical

What You will Be Doing You will lead the team that keeps everything moving:

• Run the floor – supervise daily maintenance and keep systems operating smoothly
• Own breakdown response – fix issues fast and minimise downtime
• Plan ahead – drive preventative maintenance and scheduling through CMMS
• Track performance – monitor system uptime and report against KPIs
• Lead safety – maintain strong WHS standards and a zero-harm culture
• Drive improvement – identify issues early and continuously lift performance

What You Bring

• Electrical Trade or Tertiary Qualification (essential)
• Low Level Controls
• Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams
• Strong fault-finding skills in automation or high-speed environments
• A genuine Safety-First mindset
• Confidence working in operational, shift-based environments

Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)

• Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes
• Exposure to Siemens PLC, SCADA, AS-i, Profibus/Profine
