Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical)

We are seeking Maintenance Supervisors to lead plant setup and maintenance operations at our new quarry site in Chonburi.

• Prepare, schedule and coordinate weekly-monthly outage plan for maintenance works with mechanical and electrical section in the plants to lead the maintenance operation for all plants value above 900 Mill Baht with nominal capacity 1200 TPH at Primary Stage.
• Lead the plant maintenance operate team to direct, control and works closely with the mechanical and electrical maintenance technician, production team, warehouse and procurement to ensure that scheduled maintenance activity and works are perform and executed in accordance standards and procedure
• Execution of maintenance works plan and feedback to Maintenance Planner for adjust the schedule accordingly to maintain the maintenance efficiency.
• Optimize the use of available resources in carrying out the assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion according to set standards.
• Identify the competencies and knowledge required for maintenance operating team to perform their assigned responsibilities, and develop appropriate training plans to enhance performance.
• Lead for safety standard and comply with OH&S and environment regulations to minimize risk in all maintenance activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to work 6 days/ week (Mon to Sat) in quarry environment (Chonburi)
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or other related fields
• 5 years of working experience in maintenance system with minimum 3 years direct experience related in mining or quarry and crushing plant capacity more than 600 TPH operations or heavy machinery
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of reliability and shutdown management.
• Knowledge of OH&S issues in quarry working environment
