Maintenance Supervisor - MEP

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise daily maintenance activities.

Key Duties:

• Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance technicians.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Monitor safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MEP/building maintenance.
