Maintenance Support Engineer – Car Wash Machines

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Support Engineer with experience in car wash machines and equipment to provide remote technical support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers in resolving machine-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer technical inquiries and maintenance requests remotely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to car wash machines and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding machine operation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers and technicians to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Follow up on reported issues until resolution and closure.
• Identify recurring technical problems and assist in determining their root causes.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of customer complaints and solutions.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or maintenance of industrial equipment,
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills are required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to provide technical support remotely and work the assigned evening/night shift

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Working Days: 6 days per week
