What they need

OMNI Technologies is a manufacturing company specializing in compression molding, with a focus on high-volume, low-mix production. We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality products through efficient manufacturing processes, reliable equipment, and continuous improvement. Our Maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting production goals.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Support Technician is a developmental role designed for individuals beginning a career in industrial maintenance. The position will initially focus heavily on preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, work orders, and basic repairs while building hands-on troubleshooting skills. As knowledge and capability grow, the technician will gradually take on more complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance responsibilities.

Conveniently located in Greendale, Indiana—just 15 minutes from CVG Airport, 25 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo and downtown Cincinnati, and only a few minutes from the Lawrenceburg casino—offering an easy commute and access to local attractions.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM and Fridays 6:30AM-3PM.

                   No on-call responsibility and weekends.

  • Execute and document preventative maintenance and repair work orders in the Visual/IQM system.

  • Learn to read and use electrical schematics, technical manuals, equipment documentation, and basic diagnostic tools.

  • Assist experienced technicians with equipment installations, repairs, and equipment movement as needed.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns or abnormal conditions promptly.

  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and safe electrical work practices.
