Purpose: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Team Lead to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility producing window wall and unitized curtain wall systems. The Maintenance Team Lead will provide day-to-day technical leadership to the hourly maintenance team while remaining actively involved in equipment troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment setup, and continuous improvement. This position serves as a key link between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Operations, helping ensure that critical manufacturing equipment remains safe, reliable, and available to meet production requirements.
