AgriPacific Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader - Feed Mill!

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Provides day-to-day technical leadership and coordination of maintenance activities covering Feedmill equipment, plant facilities, and utility systems.
• Leads assigned maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities, and works closely with Production, Administration, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure equipment reliability, facility readiness, and uninterrupted plant operations.

This could be for you if you’re:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional license is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing, feedmill, food processing, or similar production environment. Experience with Feed Mill or pellet production equipment is an advantage.
• Proficient in maintaining industrial equipment and mechanical systems, interpreting equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications, and using maintenance work orders, documentation, and computerized maintenance or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Working knowledge of feed mill and pellet production processes and equipment, facility and utility systems, occupational safety, and applicable maintenance regulations.
• Willing to work in Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac.
