Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and facilities infrastructure.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics, hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Perform maintenance tasks to uphold building interior and exterior aesthetics.
• Maintain facilities equipment.
• Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities; document repairs and inspections accurately.
• Support leadership in managing maintenance schedules, inventory of maintenance supplies (MRO), and adhering to schematics for complex repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field with knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, and building interior maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, schematics reading, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Excellent communication skills in English; capable of understanding technical schematics and instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team; leadership qualities are a bonus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various environments.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
