Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical carpentry and painting tasks.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Replace light bulbs, filters and other consumable items.
• Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep maintenance records and work orders up to date.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment and materials as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques and hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move heavy objects.
