Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and repair production equipment, forming dies, presses, and tray erectors
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and production support equipment
• Execute tooling changeovers as required
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure efficient production flow
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
• Perform safety and quality inspections; maintain a clean and safe work area
• Keep accurate maintenance records and manage parts inventory
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Education: High school diploma required; technical or trade school preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic knowledge of vacuum/compressed air systems, electrical (AC/DC), and hydraulics
  • Ability to follow LOTO, HACCP, SQF, and MSDS standards
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
