Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior components
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters
• Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and general facilities maintenance to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality
• Maintain and repair facilities equipment including hand tools, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC units
• Follow detailed schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions
• Lead or assist with maintenance painting projects to ensure facility appearance meets company standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimize downtime and disruptions

Requirements

• Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) in a commercial or residential setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical work, plumbing systems, and HVAC repair
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and building interior components
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
• Ability to perform maintenance painting and carpentry tasks with precision
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
