Position Overview

• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform emergency maintenance as directed.
• Repair all appliances.
• Maintain lawns, fences, trees, and perform general landscaping, including setting fence posts and signs.
• Relocate equipment, furnishings and supplies as needed.
• Maintain assigned equipment and tools.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse program inventory.
• Travel to assigned centers to perform maintenance activities or deliver supplies as required.
• Drive company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Assist in monitoring major repairs and arrange minor purchases to support maintenance efforts.
• Monitor security, fire, and safety inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance of security, fire, and safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience in multi‐unit maintenance.
• General maintenance experience such as light commercial repairs, carpentry work, lawn maintenance, assisting with major repairs, preventive maintenance.
• Good driving record and valid driver license.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Reliable, insured vehicle for work-related transportation.
  • Driving & Mileage Reimbursement (Non‑Frequent Driver): This position is classified as a Non‑Frequent Driver, meaning the employee may drive their personal vehicle on an occasional basis for CCA business. The employee must maintain a valid driver’s license, successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting minimum liability limits of $30,000/$60,000/$25,000 (bodily injury per person / per accident / property damage). HR approval as a cleared driver is required prior to claiming mileage reimbursement in accordance with CCA policy.
• Must meet all health and safety requirements, including:
  • Passing a pre-employment and/or periodic physical exam
  • Annual TB screening
  • Background check and renewals as required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently walk and stand for extended time periods.
• Repetitive use of hands; reaching and turning;
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds;
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to twist, turn, kneel, bend, and stoop.
