What they need
Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance/repairs for manufacturing machines, equipment, and company facilities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow maintenance/repair instructions.
- Mechanical & electrical maintenance knowledge & skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and building maintenance.
- Ability to use hand and power tools to perform maintenance or repair activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, flexible, and reliable.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment and building maintenance is required.
- Technical or trade school certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Plastic Injection Molding Machines and/or Metal Stamping Presses would be a plus.
