Maintenance Tech / Handyman

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Tech / Handyman to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of building systems, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. Your expertise will help support our operational needs across the residential setting, contributing to the overall safety and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing, flooring, dry wall, and other building systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct repair and fabricate parts as needed to support facility operations.
• Assist with residential painting projects and minor carpentry tasks to uphold facility aesthetics.
• Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently.
• Use tools and other diagnostic devices to identify faults and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility/property maintenance or related roles within manufacturing or residential environments.
• Strong building knowledge with the ability to perform handyman tasks such as flooring install, drywall patch, plumbing etc.
• Electrical experience including troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general handyman skills.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.61 per hour
