Maintenance Tech PT

Job Summary We are seeking a candidate to fill a part-time building maintenance position. The candidate must have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and must also be able to perform minor building repairs. Seeking candidate willing to work 16 to 24 hours per week with flexible daytime hours. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience level with opportunity for increase within the first 60 days. Company vehicle and phone will be provided while working between sites. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Must have a strong work ethic to enable a safe and clean environment.
• Seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated candidate able to follow directions.
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to able to push, pull, lift, and carry various weights up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
