Responsibilities

• Communicating major issues in equipment performance and maintenance to the managers; Supporting the team in implementing robust solutions to improve overall efficiency, yield, and uptime of the equipment.
• Complying with safety, health, and environmental guidelines and participating in continuous improvement of the procedures while performing equipment maintenance.
• Inspecting machinery and equipment to identify problems and potential solutions, and performing appropriate troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance parts consumption, and scheduled preventive maintenance procedures using Computerized

Skill Descriptors

5S Housekeeping: Knowledge of 5S Housekeeping concepts; ability to design, implement and sustain 5S housekeeping strategies to ensure standardization of workplace operations.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles, methods, and processes; ability to maximize machinery effectiveness through active involvement of all supporting departments.

【工作内容】

• 负责船舶主机、辅机及各类传动机械设备的日常巡检、故障诊断与预防性维护；
• 执行机械设备解体、清洗、检测、更换磨损件及精密装配等核心维修作业；
• 依据技术图纸与规范，制定维修方案并主导复杂故障的排除与设备调试工作；
• 记录维修过程数据，编制设备运行报告，提出优化建议以提升设备完好率；
• 同船方及团队完成紧急抢修任务，确保船舶动力系统安全高效运行。
• 负责公司机械设备的日常维护、检修与故障排除；
• 按照标准流程进行设备巡检和保养，确保设备正常运行；
• 配合其他部门完成设备安装、调试及技术支持工作；
• 记录维修过程并整理相关技术文档。

【任职要求】

• 必须具备柴油机设备的维修经验！！！！！
• 具备基本的机械知识和动手能力；
• 熟悉常用工具和仪器的使用，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
• 工作认真负责，责任心强，能适应一定强度的体力劳动；
• 有团队合作精神，能够接受临时加班安排。
• 可以接受出差（国内外高频次出差，国内基本上沿海地区为主：舟山大连广州等，国外：马拉西亚，泰国，迪拜等）有出差补贴
• 可以接受加班
• 具备英文沟通能力（国外客户为主）
• 大专及其以上，机械相关专业（懂电气相关知识）
• 具备发动机相关维修工作经验，比较强的动手能力
• 至少3年以上工作经验

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
