Maintenance Technican

Description:

• Carry out routine maintenance inspections, and repair of temple facilities including:
• Electrical systems (lightings, power points and fans)
• Plumbing (taps, toilets and drainage)
• Air-conditioning and ventilation
• Doors, locks, windows, fixtures and fittings, minor repair work in mechanical, electrical, water supply, sanitary, carpentry and building -upkeeping of the facilities and other maintenance related services.
• Attend to breakdown reports and urgent repairs promptly
• Perform preventive maintenance according to assign schedule
• Assist with setup and dismantling for religious events, ceremonies and festivals
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of tools, equipment and maintenance premises
• Provide support for Monastery events and activities
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building/ Property/Facilities Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• Those without certificate but with years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Proactive and able to work under stress and independently
• Able to start work immediately an added advantage

Other Details:

• 6 days work week, 9am to 5pm
