Ridgeview Industries is a leading metal stamping and assembly supplier primarily serving the automotive market. We currently employ approximately 600 people across our 4 locations.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician’s for our Grand Rapids, MI. location with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical repairs on presses, feed lines, and welders.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on equipment.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete assigned projects.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers.
• Effectively utilize work order system.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with presses and feed lines preferred.
• Basic electrical skills with single, three phase and 24v systems.
• Mechanical skills working with industrial machines and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can work without direct Supervision.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner free from defect.
• An effective trouble shooter with and eye for detail.
