Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding equipment, auxiliary machinery, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on molding machines and support equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Assist with mold changeovers and machine installations
• Maintain building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and compressed air
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
