Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant systems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Diagnose equipment problems, order replacement parts, and complete necessary repairs.

Assist with equipment installation, removal, and routine servicing.

Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to production management.

-

Complete maintenance paperwork and service records.

-

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

-

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

-

Report equipment hazards, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

-

1–3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Experience reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.

-

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

-

Technical degree in mechanical, digital, or electronic technology, or equivalent experience.

Understanding of high- and low-voltage wiring and single- and three-phase power.

Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-

Forklift operation experience preferred.

-

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25/hour | Full-time | Monday–Friday
