What you will be doing Key Responsibilities Include:

• All safety issues are #1 priority.
• Preventative Maintenance
• Diagnosing malfunctions in automated systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing

them efficiently.

• PLC programming and Modification
• Understanding and modifying PLC logic to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes.
• Robot programming, modification and manipulation
• Understanding and modifying Robot programs to adjust system behavior and optimize production

processes

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Identifying and resolving issues with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, motors, pneumatic systems,

hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.

• System upgrades and modifications
• Implementing new automation technologies, software updates, and hardware upgrades to improve system

functionality

What will make you successful? Required:

3 – 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment using automation is required.

Previous Maintenance Experience Is Required. A high school diploma is required.
