Maintenance Technician - Bilingual

Position: Superintendent

We are now hiring for an Superintendent to add to our amazing team.

Duties Include:

• Handle resident maintenance requests and repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, and carpentry work
• Keep the building, grounds, and common areas clean and safe
• Handle snow/ice removal and garbage/recycling
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain basic maintenance and safety logs
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed
• Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory
• Assist with supervising maintenance staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, and carpentry
• Bilingual required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good customer service skills
• Reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
