Maintenance Technician - Clark

Job Functions:

• Assist the department in the prevention of disruptive failures in the facilities systems and equipment through source reduction strategies to promote greater productivity.
• Response and adjust to changing occupant needs modifying the HVAC, lighting, electrical, telecommunications, safety, housekeeping, and building automation control systems as needed.
• Performs start-up, shutdown, and basic parameters adjustments as needed or as scheduled.
• Performs basic troubleshooting, rectification, and condition monitoring of Compressed Dry Air System, HVAC System, Plant Vacuum and Exhaust Systems, Chemical Distribution Units, Bulk Chemicals and Wastes, and Electrical Sytem and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician; Preferably someone with experience handling a team; Background in semicon industry is a plus
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record

NOTE: For this role, a staff house will be provided
