Join Our Team In The Position Of MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija and surrounding area

Main Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance of the accommodation facility
• Implementing preventive occupational safety, fire protection, and wastewater management measures
• Ensuring timely resolution of all faults and deficiencies
• Monitoring the computer-controlled building management system
• Visual inspection and monitoring of all system parameters, including oil and water levels, pressure, temperature, and electrical voltage
• Supervising swimming pools and pool technical systems
• Programming and operating ventilation systems

What We Are Looking For

• Secondary technical education
• Health fitness to perform job duties (confirmed by a medical examination prior to employment)
• Advantage: at least 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions
• English language proficiency at B1 level
• Strong sense of responsibility in task execution
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a dynamic work approach
• Attention to detail, agility, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and application of professional technical standards
