Pearl Property Phuket is a growing property management company based in Phuket, managing an expanding portfolio of luxury villas and condominiums. We provide professional property management, guest services and revenue optimisation for an expanding portfolio of international property owners.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance & Operations Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and continue developing their technical and operational skills. There is also opportunity to support supervision and coordination of junior staff or contractors over time.

Job Description

You will support the day-to-day maintenance of our villas and condominiums, including handling repair tasks, assisting with preventive maintenance, and ensuring all properties are in excellent condition for guests.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, housekeeping team, and external contractors to resolve issues efficiently. The role also includes supporting general operations such as property setup, coordinating supplies, and assisting the team when needed.

The position covers Kamala, Bang Tao, and Patong areas in Phuket.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and assist with regular property inspections

• Perform repairs and general handyman work across properties

• Support air conditioning (A/C), electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with building management, juristic persons, and external contractors

• Work closely with housekeeping and operations teams to keep properties guest-ready

• Assist with property setup, equipment checks, and daily operational tasks

• Support coordination of maintenance schedules, tools, and materials

• Provide guidance or support to junior technicians or external contractors when required

• Maintain basic records of maintenance work and ensure tools are well managed

Requirements

• 2–3 years or more experience in maintenance, technician roles, or similar

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, air conditioning (A/C), plumbing, or general repairs

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• Willingness to support coordination or supervision when needed

• Good communication skills in Thai (basic English required)

• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Driving license preferred (motorbike or car)

• Based in Phuket (Kamala / Bang Tao / Cherngtalay preferred)
