What they need
Job Responsibilities
Inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems, including: plumbing,
electrical, aircon, painting, general handy work repairs.
Attend to building maintenance requests/feedback from management and tenants
Supervise contractors to ensure work is done in accordance to specifications
Report on any maintenance issues
Adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management or equivalent
Good knowledge of maintenance processes and methods
Basic understanding of M&E systems
Two years’ experience in related fields
