What You’ll Do

• Paint, patch, and repair interiors to keep units looking fresh and move-in ready
• Complete make-readies on vacant units within set timelines
• Install appliances, lighting, ceiling fans, and window coverings
• Handle basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Re-key locks, make keys, and maintain security standards
• Respond to maintenance requests and resident needs quickly and professionally
• Assist with general repairs across the property, inside and out
• Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds

Pool & Grounds Care

• Test and balance pool and spa chemicals
• Clean and maintain pool areas
• Monitor equipment and handle any issues promptly

Operations & Team Support

• Help keep inventory of tools, parts, and supplies organized
• Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation
• Step in to support the team when needed, including assisting leadership
• Work within budget guidelines and company standards

On-Call & Emergency Response

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and urgent repairs
• Help ensure the safety of residents and the property at all times

Preventative Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Identify and fix issues before they become bigger problems

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Report any safety concerns or violations immediately
• Maintain a safe environment for residents, team members, and visitors
