Maintenance Technician

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical Maintenance: Perform monthly checks on aircon, electrical systems, and refrigerators.
• Asset Care: Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and kitchen equipment repairs to make them last longer.
• Safety & Compliance: Keep daily logs for health and fire inspections to stay fully compliant.
• Cost Control: Improve energy efficiency to lower utility bills and supervise outside contractors.
• Reporting: Give daily updates to store managers and write simple technical reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of any technical or engineering course.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in maintenance (experience in restaurants or retail is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Skilled in basic electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and aircon/refrigeration repair (HVAC-R).
• Communication: Good spoken and written English skills for reports and updates.
• Other: Willing to travel and rotate between different store locations.
