Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ALL-ROUND

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of our warehouse, machinery and facilities.

This is an all-round technical role for someone who is confident working independently and can diagnose and resolve a wide range of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general maintenance issues.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Carry out electrical troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance across the warehouse and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machinery, equipment and tools.
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential faults before they lead to breakdowns or operational disruptions.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment and warehouse facilities.
• Respond quickly to unplanned breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Handle basic to intermediate plumbing repairs and troubleshooting, including leaks, fittings, drainage and water supply issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve general facility maintenance issues within the warehouse.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure scheduled servicing is completed on time.
• Work closely with the operations team to minimize machine downtime and disruption to warehouse activities.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend practical solutions to improve equipment reliability and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with external contractors or specialist technicians when a repair requires additional expertise.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and to a professional standard.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in a warehouse, workshop, factory, production or similar environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of machinery troubleshooting and repair.
• Practical plumbing and general facility maintenance skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions independently.
• A genuine hands-on technician who is comfortable getting involved and fixing problems rather than simply supervising others.
• Able to handle both scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent breakdowns.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and safe maintenance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly when operational issues arise.
• UAE/Dubai experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates with a strong all-round maintenance background will be given preference over candidates with expertise in only one technical area.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can be our “go-to person” for maintenance — whether the issue is an electrical fault, machine breakdown, mechanical problem, plumbing issue or general warehouse maintenance.

If you are a practical, experienced and reliable all-round technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, we would like to hear from you.

Join us and play a key role in keeping our warehouse, machinery and facilities running safely and efficiently.
