Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

• Oversee operation and first line maintenance of:

o Electrical systems

• Sub station
• MDB & local panel
• Lighting systems
• Lightning pole system
• Grounding system

o Air-conditioning and ventilation systems

o Plumbing and water systems

o Fire protection systems

• Fire alarms system
• Firefighting system
• Emergency lighting system

o Generators and power backup systems

o Lift/elevator systems

o Standard swimming pool systems

o LPG & gas stove systems

o Kitchen equipment systems

o Pump system (booster pump, drainage pump, etc.)

o Fitness equipment

o AV systems (for support event in arena & Theater)

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire safety and local regulatory requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness plans, drills and business continuity procedures.
• Ensure contractor comply with safety procedures and work permit systems
• Maintain safe working environments for students, staffs, contractors and visitors.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Monitor contractor performance, SLAs and service quality.
• Report and update contractor’s job progressive to supervisor.

School Operations & Event Support

• Support school events and operational activities with technical setup and facility readiness.
• Coordinate room setup, power requirements and technical support for school functions and activities.
• Work closely with academic, boarding and administrative teams regarding operational needs.

Skills & Competencies

• Be able to read electrical and mechanical drawing

Other Requirements

• Thai language required; basic English preferred

• Possess any driving license (car or motorcycle) preferred

รับผิดชอบดูแลการทำงานและบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้น ของระบบต่าง ๆ ได้แก่:

• ระบบไฟฟ้า

o สถานีไฟฟ้าย่อย (Substation)

o ตู้เมนไฟฟ้ า (MDB) และตู้ควบคุมย่อย

o ระบบไฟส่องสว่าง

o ระบบสายล่อฟ้า

o ระบบสายดิน

• ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ
• ระบบนํ้าประปาและสุขาภิบาล
• ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย

o ระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้

o ระบบดับเพลิง

o ระบบไฟฉุกเฉิน

• เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและระบบสำรองไฟ
• ระบบลิฟต์
• ระบบสระว่ายนํ้ามาตรฐาน
• ระบบแก๊ส LPG และเตาแก๊ส
• อุปกรณ์ในครัว
• ระบบปั๊มนํ้า (เช่น Booster Pump, Drainage Pump เป็นต้น)
• อุปกรณ์ฟิตเนส
• ระบบเครื่องเสียง และสื่อภาพ (สำหรับสนับสนุนกิจกรรมภายใน อารีน่า และโรงละคร)

ด้านอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และกฎระเบียบ

• ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย อัคคีภัย และข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมาย
• สนับสนุนแผนฉุกเฉิน การฝึกซ้อม และแผนความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ
• ตรวจสอบให้ผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและระบบใบอนุญาตทำงาน
• ดูแลให้สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานปลอดภัยสำหรับนักเรียน บุคลากร และผู้มาติดต่อ

การบริหารผู้รับเหมา

• ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของผู้รับเหมา ระดับการใหบริการ (SLA) และคุณภาพงาน
• รายงานและอัปเดตความคืบหน้างานของผู้รับเหมาให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ

สนับสนุนงานโรงเรียนและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ

• สนับสนุนงานกิจกรรมของโรงเรียนในด้านการจัดเตรียมระบบเทคนิคและความพร้อมของสถานที่
• ประสานงานการจัดห้อง ระบบไฟฟ้า และการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวิชาการ หอพัก และฝ่ายบริหาร เพื่อรองรับความต้องการด้านการปฏิบัติงาน

ทักษะและสมรรถนะ (Skills & Competencies)

• สามารถอ่านแบบงานระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกลได้

ข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม (Other Requirements)

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีใบขับขี่ (รถยนต์/ จักรยานยนต์) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
