- Ensure smooth operation of machinery, especially injection and blow molding plastic machines
- Evaluate problems in production processes and prepare corrective and preventive measures
- Apply 5R/5S in production activities
About you
- Minimum SMK Teknik Listrik (Electrical Engineering) education
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in manufacturing industry (plastic industry preferred)
- Understanding of PLC systems, technical drawings, mechanics, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Capability in setting up production machinery robotics
- Ability to analyze machine damage and perform maintenance effectively
