Goldstar Rentals is seeking a dependable, hands-on Unit Turnover Technician to help keep our rental homes safe, well maintained, and ready for new residents. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can solve problems independently, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect units after move-outs and prepare detailed lists of needed repairs, cleaning, and replacement items.
• Perform unit turnovers efficiently between tenants, including patching, painting, minor repairs, fixture replacements, cleaning coordination, and final quality checks.
• Coordinate with property managers when specialized repairs are needed.
• Help maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and vacant properties.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and repair recommendations.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and company vehicles in clean, safe working condition.
• Follow company safety policies and applicable building codes.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in residential maintenance, apartment turnover, construction, handyman work, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of common repairs involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and basic carpentry.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple jobs, and meet turnover deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to leaving units clean, safe, and move-in ready.
• Professional communication skills when working with tenants, coworkers, and vendors.
• Ability to lift up to [50] pounds and perform physically active work, including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC, EPA, trade certifications, or maintenance licenses are a plus.
