Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician specializing in Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Air Conditioning Systems to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and other food service equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Install, troubleshoot, and replace equipment components as required.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintaining commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC/AC systems.
• Technical diploma, certification, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
